What to Expect

Your first time at Ignite Beauty is a chance to be seen and heard. All are welcome: children, men, women, even people with no hair. Everything is personalized by me in real time.

I want to get to know YOU. What are your needs? Maybe you’re curious about doing life differently. Hair at Ignite Beauty is not about performance – there is no Instagram; there is only curiosity here.

Here’s what you can expect at your first one-hour visit:

  • An in-person introduction to the space, our philosophy, and meeting Lauren

  • A healing and therapeutic head massage and shampoo

  • A consultation based on your desires for your hair or health

  • Potentially a cut or trim and blow-dry

  • A full plan for future visits

What’s not included in this initial session:

  • Color, extensions, styling, or extensive treatments

Why a one-hour initial appointment?

Consider the discovery session a new kind of a la carte.

Relationships take time to build. My desire is to see the whole you, not just your hair. I want to see your inspiration, but also understand the reason behind it. I want to know why. The one hour initial visit allows you to experience the Ignite Beauty philosophy and allows me to build a plan for future visits.
